Sara Lyon is a Reiki Master teacher in the Usui Reiki system. Sara took her First Degree Class in 2011 and started on her self-healing journey. Her Reiki journey has been instrumental in helping to overcome many debilitating anxieties, childhood traumas, and grief. Good personal outcomes inspired Sara to set up her own Reiki practice in Stirling to be able to share the benefits of Reiki with her clients.
In 2022, Sara successfully went through a Reiki Master teacher training, and was certified at Healing Hands Edinburgh, and joined our team at the Reiki school. Sara provides Reiki training in Stirling and central Scotland following the high-level standards of the Reiki school. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and wisdom with those who are ready for positive changes.
