The workshop in Stirling is led by Reiki Master teacher Sara Lyon. Read about Sara on page "OUR TEAM" This Reiki Level I is a beginner`s course where your journey begins. In the Japanese system of Reiki, it`s called Shoden and means `first teachings'. These are the first teachings of the system of Reiki. In this practical beginner course, you will learn how to help yourself with a daily healing practice and how you can help your friends and family using Japanese healing techniques. One-day training (In-person) 10 am-5 pm Cost £160 (£80 deposit required to secure your space) The balance has to be paid on the day of the workshop During the course, you will learn the following: History of Reiki The Usui Reiki System What is Reiki and how to use it in daily life How to practice Reiki yourself, your family, and friends Other ways of using Reiki Reiki Level I attunement ​You receive a comprehensive manual and certificate of completion. You will learn Reiki in a small group of like-minded people (up to 6 people) to ensure you receive individual attention from your teacher. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 14 days before the event date will receive a 100% refund (applies only to your initial booking). Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may not receive a refund of the deposit but it can be used to attend our next available workshop.
