Returning to Your Inner Light

A Weekend of Deep Reiki Practice
Shared Experience and Personal Transformation

The Usui Reiki system invites us on a lifelong journey of returning to our true nature and the inner light that has always been within us. Reiki is practised individually, yet some of its deepest experiences come from shared practice. Coming together creates a unique space where the group's collective energy enriches every practice, inspires new understanding, and supports each practitioner in taking the next step on their own journey.

As Reiki continues to unfold through regular practice and lived experience, gatherings like this Practical Weekend become an important part of the journey. They offer the opportunity to deepen your practice, explore the Usui Reiki system beyond what can naturally be covered during regular training courses, and continue learning through experience.

While every Reiki journey is unique, practising together offers something that cannot be experienced in the same way alone. The collective energy of the group creates a unique space where practice naturally deepens, understanding expands, and new insights emerge. Together, we support one another in continuing our own individual Reiki journey.

This weekend welcomes all students of the school, from Reiki beginners to Reiki Masters and teachers. Everyone takes part in the same practice, yet each participant experiences it differently, according to where they are on their own Reiki journey.

Celebrating 10 Years of the Reiki School !

In February 2017, Healing Hands Edinburgh – The Reiki School began its journey. Over the past ten years, we have trained hundreds of Reiki students, supported the development of professional practitioners and Reiki teachers, and brought our community together through regular Reiki Shares, training courses and shared experiences.

This anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate everything we have created together — the friendships, personal journeys, growth and connections that have become part of our school's story.

We invite you to join us in celebrating this special milestone and the Reiki community we have built together.
