The Usui Reiki system invites us on a lifelong journey of returning to our true nature and the inner light that has always been within us. Reiki is practised individually, yet some of its deepest experiences come from shared practice. Coming together creates a unique space where the group's collective energy enriches every practice, inspires new understanding, and supports each practitioner in taking the next step on their own journey.

As Reiki continues to unfold through regular practice and lived experience, gatherings like this Practical Weekend become an important part of the journey. They offer the opportunity to deepen your practice, explore the Usui Reiki system beyond what can naturally be covered during regular training courses, and continue learning through experience.

While every Reiki journey is unique, practising together offers something that cannot be experienced in the same way alone. The collective energy of the group creates a unique space where practice naturally deepens, understanding expands, and new insights emerge. Together, we support one another in continuing our own individual Reiki journey.

This weekend welcomes all students of the school, from Reiki beginners to Reiki Masters and teachers. Everyone takes part in the same practice, yet each participant experiences it differently, according to where they are on their own Reiki journey.
