Known as SHODEN in Japanese, meaning "first teachings," this course is designed for anyone curious about Reiki—no experience needed.
Whether you're looking for a way to relax, manage stress, or connect more deeply with yourself and others, Reiki offers a natural path to peace and well-being.

ONE DAY OF TRAINING COSTS £180
A deposit of £90 is required to secure your space.
In-person 10 am - 5 pm

You receive a manual and certificate of completion.
Your training includes hands-on practice, personal guidance, and time for reflection and sharing. This is a small, supportive group setting (up to 6 students) designed to help you feel relaxed and confident from the start.
Your course is led by a friendly and experienced Reiki Master, dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment for learning and healing. You’ll be supported every step of the way—and after the course too!

CONTINUE YOUR PRACTICE
The most valuable part of Reiki training is practice.
During Reiki I, you begin working with energy — but confidence and understanding grow through practice.
After completing your training, you are invited to join a Deep Integration Day — a full day of hands-on practice, where you work with others, receive feedback, and deepen your experience in a supported environment.
