Known as SHODEN in Japanese, meaning "first teachings," this course is designed for anyone curious about Reiki—no experience needed.
Whether you're looking for a way to relax, manage stress, or connect more deeply with yourself and others, Reiki offers a natural path to peace and well-being.

ONE DAY OF TRAINING COSTS £160
A deposit of £80 is required to secure your space.
In-person 10 am - 5 pm
During the course, you will learn the following:

You receive a manual and certificate of completion.
Your training includes hands-on practice, personal guidance, and time for reflection and sharing. This is a small, supportive group setting (up to 6 students) designed to help you feel relaxed and confident from the start.
Your course is led by a friendly and experienced Reiki Master, dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment for learning and healing. You’ll be supported every step of the way—and after the course too!
✨DEEP INTEGRATION DAY
It is an extra day to add to Reiki I training day. Not mandatory but powerful.
Make this day feel like a retreat: everything you learned on your Reiki I day, we revisit and deepen through practice.
Enjoy the company of like-minded people, the power of collective energy, and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and ready for steady self-practice.
