Healing Hands Edinburgh – The Reiki School is a structured training environment offering Usui Reiki training, Reiki healing sessions, and community practice across different locations in Scotland.
Founded by Maija Kovalevska, the school is built on a grounded and practical approach to Reiki, where practice is integrated into daily life and supported through clear guidance and real experience.
Our work is offered in Edinburgh, Scotlandwell (Kinross, Perthshire), and North Berwick (East Lothian), with trained teachers representing the school and following a consistent teaching methodology. Before choosing a course, choose the location
We offer a space for those who are new to Reiki, as well as for those who wish to deepen their practice or develop professionally through structured training. At Healing Hands, Reiki is approached not as an abstract concept, but as a practical system supporting awareness, balance, and personal development.
OUR TEACHING APPROACH
Our teaching is based on a clear and structured methodology that supports both understanding and direct experience.
We focus on developing awareness, consistency in practice, and the ability to work with energy in a grounded and practical way. Rather than adding complexity, we guide students to recognise what is already present and learn how to work with it effectively. Each level of training builds progressively, allowing students to integrate Reiki into daily life and, if they choose, continue towards professional practice and teaching.
