Yes, you stay fully clothed throughout the session. Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle practice performed without the need to remove any clothing. You’ll lie down comfortably, and we can provide a blanket to keep you warm and relaxed during the session.
Every person is different. Many clients feel a noticeable shift after just one session, while others may benefit from a series of 2–4 sessions for deeper or ongoing concerns. Often, we can better assess this after your first session, based on how you respond. Ultimately, the decision is yours—we’ll always support what feels right for your journey.
