Introduction to Energies

In contemporary discussions, the term "energy" is used frequently. Many find it mysterious or confusing, but understanding energy transforms our perception, making it a tangible part of our lives and the Universe. Whether we believe in energies or not, they undeniably exist and influence us. By experiencing and recognizing energy in practice, we can appreciate its profound impact on our lives.

Energy is fundamentally vibration, with varying frequencies—high or low. These are often labelled as "good" or "bad" energies. However, "bad" energy is simply low-frequency energy, not an adversary.

Each of us carries personal energy, creating an energetic field linked to our emotions. This field can vary—low and heavy or high and light—depending on circumstances. Our mood affects our vibrations; positive news can uplift us, while negative experiences can bring us down. This energy influences those around us, and vice versa.

Energetic Connections

We exist within a collective energetic field, that connects us all. Imagine a giant fish tank where energy, instead of water, fills the space. Movements in one part of the tank affect the entire environment, transmitting thoughts and feelings. Thoughts are a potent form of energy, easily transmitted through this collective field.

Consider moments when you suddenly remember someone you haven't connected with for a while, and soon after, that person contacts you. We often call this a coincidence, but it illustrates the power of energetic connections.

If we gossip about someone who is not present, those negative vibrations reach the person and they sense our attitude. Similarly, when someone pretends to be kind, we often feel the insincerity, as real energy—thoughts—cannot be hidden.

Different Types of Energies in Our Daily Life

  • Emotions: Our feelings generate energy that affects our environment and those around us.

  • Thoughts: These are powerful energies that can influence others and our reality.

  • Voice: Speaking creates vibrations that carry energy, impacting listeners.

  • Human Interactions: The energy exchanged between people can be uplifting or draining.

Sound: Music, sound baths, and sound healing use vibrations that have therapeutic properties, helping us relax and shift our mood.

Money: Often misunderstood, money is a form of energy representing exchange. It is neutral by nature, but our perceptions and actions can turn it into a positive or negative force. Proper management and a healthy mindset towards money can improve our relationship with this energy.

Utilizing Energy Knowledge

Understanding energies allows us to harness them to enhance our well-being. We can use various types of energy to elevate our mood, heal ourselves, and maintain high energy levels, avoiding depletion. Our vibrations also affect others. Low vibrations can bring down those around us, while high vibrations can uplift and attract others.
